Quick-Start Guide

• Go to shoptcbakery.com and enter your approved email address and password
• Business name on the login screen is optional — email and password are all you need
• Only approved wholesale partners can access the portal

Once logged in, your dashboard gives you a complete snapshot at a glance:

• Your pricing tier — Florida, Georgia, Alabama, or Retail — determines the prices you see throughout the portal
• The current order window status — orders are open Sunday through Tuesday
• Your most recent order with quick-reorder access
• Navigation to Products, Order History, and your Account

• All available items are listed with photos, descriptions, and case counts
• Prices shown are specific to your tier — you'll always see your actual pricing
• The catalog updates regularly — check back each week for new items
• Out-of-stock items are clearly marked and cannot be added to your cart

• Select quantities and add items to your cart from the Products page
• Orders are accepted Sunday through Tuesday, by 11:59 PM EST
• Review your full order before submitting — quantities can be adjusted in the cart
• You'll receive an on-screen confirmation once your order is placed

• View all past orders from the History tab in your navigation
• See itemized details, quantities, and order dates for every order
• Reorder from a previous order in one click — items are added straight to your cart
• Need to make a change to a pending order? Contact us as soon as possible

Not yet a partner? Submit a request directly through the portal:

• Click Request Access on the login screen
• Fill in your business details — name, address, contact person, and business type
• Our team reviews every application and responds promptly
• Approved partners receive login credentials by email
